Full Team Fee Payment:

$160.00 + $3.91 Service Fee = $163.91

Partial Team Fee Payment:

$80.00 + $2.11 Service Fee = $82.11

If paying team fees put your name in the box provided or the team members name that you are paying fees on behalf of. Team fees are not tax deductible.
